If you are a new customer availing the 50:50 promotion offer, this special recharge will entitle you to enjoy daily benefits of 50 minutes of talktime and 50 SMS free for the full offer period of 180 days without any daily decrement.
Our existing customers who have done a first recharge of Rs. 51 up to 02nd May 2011 will continue to enjoy the first 60 days of the offer without the daily fee of Re. 1. Customer who are already availing the 50:50 promotion offer can continue getting the daily benefits without any daily decrement for the remaining offer days by recharging with existing special voucher of Rs. 39. For example, if you have been using the 50:50 promotion offer for 45 days, recharging with this voucher will entitle you to daily free benefits for 135 more days without any daily decrement.

Terms Of the offer:

• This plan offers lifetime validity and promotional benefits for Mumbai circle only
• This offer is applicable for 180 days from the date of your first call to IVR 123 or recharge of Rs.11
• All usage beyond the daily free usage applicable under the promotion offer will be charged at the above rates
• You need to have a minimum balance of Re. 1 everyday to avail the offer for the following day.
• The unutilized daily free minutes and free SMS will not be carried forward and will be forfeited on a daily basis.
• The free daily benefits can be availed for calls made from Delhi and NCR, and are not applicable while roaming. The unused benefits while roaming cannot be availed at a later date.
• The daily decrement of Re. 1 will start from 01st day and will continue till 180th day
• The daily benefits will be credited into customers account everyday between 00.00hrs-03.00 hrs and can be availed only for calls from home network
• Daily decrement will be done between 00:00 hrs to 03:00 hrs every day. Sufficient balance (minimum Re. 1) has to be maintained till 23.59 hrs everyday to avail free benefits for next day
• If the account balance is lower than Re. 1 for the decrement, the free usage credit due for the day will be forfeited and the customer will not be eligible for the same even if s/he recharges with adequate talk value during the next 24 hrs
• The customer can recharge with Rs. 83 voucher in case he does not want to avail the promotional offer
• The customer cannot exit the promotional offer once subscribed
• All other vouchers as available in market applicable
• After 180 days lifetime base tariff as mentioned above applicable
• Prepaid Subscribers with lifetime account validity will be deactivated if:
  • Customers do not recharge with a minimum value of Rs 200 once in every 6 months
  • Also if the customer makes no outgoing voice call / SMS or no incoming voice call / SMS or no data usage for a continuous period of 30 days, he/she will be put into Notice Period for 15 days.  The customer will be sent an SMS regarding move into Notice Period 48 hours in advance on Cheers number. Another SMS regarding the Notice Period will be sent to the customer on the 13th day in Notice Period. The customer can re-activate the connection by making at least one outgoing/incoming call or outgoing/incoming SMS or data usage during the 15 days of Notice Period. If the customer fails to do any of the above, he/she will be de-activated.

The Cheers SIM purchased under this offer has lifetime validity. Validity for lifetime is applicable as per license period of the Mumbai Circle and is subject to change in case of any regulatory and licensing condition changes in the future. The validity of our existing license is January, 2028 and extendable for further periods by Govt. of India

Full Talk Value recharge @ Rs. 30

You can recharge your prepaid account with Rs. 30 paper recharge or e-recharge and get Full Talk Value of Rs. 30 only if you are paying a daily fee of Re. 1 on the 50: 50 plan. What's more? You can also use multiple recharges of Rs. 30 and get the Full Talk Value on all subsequent recharges.

Terms of the offer

• Full Talk Value would be credited online to customers of 50:50 plan who are eligible for a daily fee of Re. 1 when they do the recharge of Rs. 30.
• Customer of 50:50 plan who has done the recharge of Rs. 39 or 59 would not get full talk value on Rs. 30 recharge as these customers are no longer eligible for daily fee of Re. 1.
• Old customers of the 50:50 plan who have not completed the first 60 days of promo benefit where they do not get charged Re. 1 as daily fee would also not get the full talk value on Rs. 30 recharge.
• Customers who have completed the 50:50 promo will also not get the full talk value on Rs. 30 recharge.
