- This Tariff Enrolment Form is for postpaid mobile services of TTL.
- On Black Out days the SMSes shall be charged as per applicable tariff plan and not as per the rates of add-on packs or other discount packs. To check the list of Black Out days, please refer our website- www.tataindicom.com
- Service tax at applicable rates and any other applicable government levies will be charged extra.
- If a subscriber wishes to avail of ILD calling facility, ISD refundable security deposit of Rs. 1500/- will be applicable on all tariff plans.
- TTL reserves the right to modify/withdraw the tariff plans as per TRAI guidelines
- Call charges are calculated based on the call units which are calculated by dividing call duration by the pulse rate defined in the Tariff Plan.
- If the services were subscribed at any time in the middle of the billing cycle then the rentals for the first bill would be charged on pro rata basis.
- All the claims in respect of the working/non-working of handsets shall lie only against the manufacturer and not against TTL.
- Also the subscriber understands that the fulfillment of warranty obligations is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
- Super Saver offer is valid for minimum of 5 connections per Tariff Agreement form all the connections needs to be activated within 4 working days.
- The terms & conditions of Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) shall apply.
