Terms Of the offer:
- This plan offers lifetime validity & promotional benefits for Mumbai circle subscribers only
- This offer is applicable for 180 days from the date of your first call to IVR 123
- The tariff can be availed for calls made from Mumbai circle, and are not applicable while roaming.
- The customer can recharge with Rs. 83 voucher in case he does not want to avail the promotional offer
- All SMS Packs (Rs. 3, 18 & 38) are available for One4All Pack customers
- Minutes Pack of Rs. 13, 26, 32 & 62 are available for One4All Pack customers
- Special Tariff Voucher of Rs. 17, 53, 93, STD Special Tariff Voucher of Rs. 31, STD Pack of Rs. 52, Local & STD Combo Pack of Rs. 61 are not available with the 'One 4 all' Pack.
- No free or concessional Voice Calls/SMS will be available to existing/new customers who subscribe to or have subscribed to promotional offers/SMS packs on the Customary/Festival days (Blackout Days). The normal/base tariff for voice & SMS shall apply on Blackout Days. The Blackout days are New Year Eve (31st December), New Year (1st January), Dusshera, one day before Diwali and on the day of Diwali.

- Prepaid Subscribers with lifetime account validity will be deactivated if:
- Customers do not recharge with a minimum value of Rs 200 once in every 6 months
- Also if the customer makes no outgoing voice call / SMS or no incoming voice call / SMS or no data usage for a continuous period of 30 days, he/she will be put into Notice Period for 15 days. The customer will be sent an SMS regarding move into Notice Period 48 hours in advance on Cheers number. Another SMS regarding the Notice Period will be sent to the customer on the 13th day in Notice Period. The customer can re-activate the connection by making at least one outgoing/incoming call or outgoing/incoming SMS or data usage during the 15 days of Notice Period. If the customer fails to do any of the above, he/she will be de-activated.
- The Cheers SIM purchased under this offer has lifetime validity. Validity for lifetime is applicable as per license period of the Mumbai Circle and is subject to change in case of any regulatory and licensing condition changes in the future. The validity of our existing license is January, 2028 and extendable for further periods by Govt. of India
