BSNL has launched new scheme for Students. Keeping in view about students' requirement this plan has been launched by the BSNL. This is the best plan ever launched by the BSNL for students.
Nesam Student Plan is basically a new prepaid connection that offers per second calling rates and other benefits like free SMS, friends and family plan and free data usage. It offers 50 minutes as free talk value and 1200 free local SMS for a period of 30 days along with 50 MB free data. Friends and Family pack in this connection allows users to stay connected to 5 numbers of any network from Chennai and Tamil Nadu at very attractive rates. . Users of Nesam Student Plan will also get 2200 free SMS from second month on deduction of Rs 23. Call charges to BSNL numbers have been kept at 1p/sec while calling rate to other networks is 1.2/sec for local and STD. The SIM for this plan costs Rs 20 and FRC Rs 29 which offers 7 days validity.
